Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

United Kingdom:
Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item, shipping damage, or an incorrect item being delivered.

Other International Countries:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Right of Withdrawal – United Kingdom

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be returned in the condition in which it was received (unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging), and proof of purchase must be provided.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
